Step 2: Secure Your Event Date
For all event experiences, checkout includes a $100 non-refundable booking retainer that secures your event date.
Travel, setup, and breakdown are a separate flat fee of $150 for all event experiences.
The remaining balance will be invoiced after your custom proposal has been finalized.
After You Reserve
Once your booking retainer has been received, we’ll personally review your event details and contact you by email to go over your vision, confirm availability, and discuss any additional details needed.
Next, we’ll prepare your customized proposal and remaining balance invoice based on your selected experience, event needs, and any approved upgrades.
